"Dealing with their customer service was a..."
Dealing with their customer service was a headache. It took forever to get a response, and when someone finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t even read what I wrote. On top of that, they kept making me verify myself over and over, which got really annoying fast. I’m definitely not using them again.

"Useful stuff, but not much help with planning"
Not gonna lie, I did find a few emergency supplies on the site that seem like they could be useful. But when it came to actually figuring out what I needed, it didn’t really help much. Some of the kits felt a little random, and the info was thin. If you already know what you’re looking for, it’s probably fine, but if you’re trying to get real preparedness guidance, I wouldn’t rely on it

They do have some useful stuff, and I found a few things I liked. That said, I was kind of expecting a bit more variety in certain product areas. It’s not bad by any means, but it could probably be better.

"Felt kind of ignored trying to use the site"
I had a hard time finding what I was looking for, and the pages felt messy and confusing. The search didn’t really help much either, which made it feel like the site wasn’t really built with users in mind. After clicking around for a while and getting nowhere, I just gave up.

"Return was fine, but the refund dragged on"
The return itself went okay, so I wasn’t too annoyed at first. But waiting for the refund started to put me in a bad mood after a while. I did get my money back in the end, it just took longer than I expected.

"I felt trapped after buying..."
I felt trapped after buying this. I used it once and it already broke, so there wasn’t much I could do except feel like I wasted my money. Really disappointing quality.

"Charged for the order, but it showed up wrong"
I placed my first order with SOS Products and got charged, but when the box arrived, it had the wrong items in it. A few of the quantities were off too, which was frustrating because I actually needed the correct stuff. I emailed them to get it sorted out, but I haven’t really had a clear update yet. Not the best first experience, i’m not sure I’d order from them again.

"Box showed up completely crushed?!"
I got my order from sosproducts.com the box looked like it had been through something. One side was totally smashed in, the tape was halfway peeling off, and a couple of the items inside were dusty and a bit banged up. Like, this is how it arrived after paying for shipping?! It just didn’t feel like anything was packed with much care, which was frustrating.

"Took longer than I hoped"
My order did eventually show up, but the shipping was disappointing. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which made it more annoying because I had no real idea what was going on. The product itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the whole delivery experience left a bad impression.

"Too much money for the hassle"
It just wasn’t worth the price. I expected more for what I paid, and it felt like I had to put in way too much effort to get anything decent out of it. For something this expensive, it should be a lot easier and more useful.
